During our initial walkthrough of your home or business, we will discuss the scope of the job and inform you about the cleaning agents and tools that will be used. Typically, your home will be serviced by a team of two or three professionals who become familiar with your preferences and the unique details of your space. However, occasional adjustments may occur due to scheduling conflicts. Rest assured, every team member is trained to our high standards and follows the same meticulous cleaning protocols, ensuring your home receives uniform care each visit.

  • Scheduling is simple! A quick phone call allows us to understand your needs and provide clear pricing. To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit. Should you need to change your date, just give us at least two business days’ notice, and we’ll gladly transfer your deposit to the new date.

  • No, you don’t need to be at home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide a key or access code, allowing us to clean while they are away. However, if you prefer to be home during our visit, that’s perfectly fine too. Our goal is to make the process as simple and secure as possible for you.

  • As long as you notify us at least two business days in advance, there is no skip fee. However, skipping or rescheduling may adjust your pricing based on the frequency of your cleanings. For example, if you typically schedule bi-weekly and skip a visit, your next cleaning will be billed at the four-week rate, which is typically about 10% higher. The good news is that if you increase your cleaning frequency, your rate adjusts downward accordingly!

  • While we guarantee the day of your service, we typically schedule arrivals within a two-hour window. The day before your appointment, we’ll send you a text to confirm our arrival time, and on the day of service, you’ll receive a notification when our team is en route.

  • If our team arrives and cannot access your home due to a lockout, the full visit will be billed. This is because we have allocated time and resources for your appointment, and last-minute adjustments can impact our schedule. To prevent this, many clients opt to leave a key on file, hide a key in a predetermined location, or ensure someone is home during the cleaning window.

  • If you have a security or alarm system, please arrange access for our team on your cleaning day. Many clients find it convenient to set up a guest or temporary code for easy entry.

  • We love pets and welcome them during your cleaning! Please let us know if your pets will be home and share any house rules (such as rooms to keep closed or any special considerations). We’ll adjust our routine to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe while we work.
